Have to agree there. They also stopped taking returns even on
hardware. One time I ordered a cheap photo scanner from them because the
ad said if I didn't like the quality, I could return it. I didn't like it
(much editing needed to make the picture half way decent) but when I called
Tiger, they said they no longer took returns, just exchange for same
thing. I called the company that made the scanner and surprised the heck
out of them by telling them TigerDirect wouldn't honor the refund mentioned
in the ad or on the box. They let me send it to them and they sent me a
refund instead of TirgerDirect.
