It's called "fair use" and it's law.
The DMCA does NOT allow one to "circumvent copyright protection" &
this is why 321 Studios went under.
This list is NOT the place to discuss such legalities as that is
better left to the high priced lawyers. We can talk about backing up
things but the minute we start talking about circumventing whatever
protection schemes that the proverbial "they" have come up with then
we've crossed the line.
Sorry but this is not a hacking &/or cracking list.
TOP could've left that part out of his post & maybe provided us with
a URL instead then nothing would've been said but TOP has an affinity
to coping-n-pasting articles without giving the proper credit as
well. Of course TOP knows remembers nothing about those complaints either.
