I suggest you post on the WinNT list instead. And do a search at the MSKB 
with the error codes as noted below.

You need to see what error codes are listed in the stop error.

Usually the first error code, eg 0x00000007d etc tells you what the problem 
is, memory, disk etc.  The other codes narrow it down somewhat. 

What changes did you make to the server prior to this happening?
