No argument. The point is that the MFT will take a substantial amount of
the total space of an NTFS volume, and that space is not lost to
overhead, but is used to store data.

I *wish* there was public, complete documentation of NTFS so we could
really know how it works instead of picking up bits and pieces here and
there and trying to make a coherent whole of it.
