Sandisk Mini Cruzers comes with a lanyard & security software. The
software creates an encrypted folder so that everything you put in
this folder is encrypted but it does NOT turn off or on at a certain
time interval yet this kind of security would work as you then need
to key in a pwd every time you open a file that comes from the secure
folder. If you walk off without it every thing is still secure except
maybe if you left a document open on the system you were
using. Sandisk has a encryption app that has more features & is may
be more secure but one has to purchase that & I don't recall the pricing.
I sure wouldn't worry about looking geeky in a public library besides
I hear the ladies like geeky guys these days. ;-)
