Hello.
I seem to have a problem installing NAV 9.0 on a ME box. It says that
I need to install the MS Root Certificate before the install can
continue.
So I d/l the file from MS (rootsupd.exe). When I double click on the
file the hour glass runs for about 2 seconds and nothing happens.
I then tried extracting the file to a temp DIR and run it from there.
I get an error that I'm "missing store filename."
I've done a search of my system for Root Certificate and find that IE
has it in the certificate section. Thinking that it might need to be
updated I had tried to import all the certificates but the system
still will not let me install NAV 9.0.
So I'm at a lost as to what to do.
Has anyone run across this before?
