Sounds to me that the file has been removed due to an infection by a virus
or trojan. I'd go into One Care and have it put back and then you can find
out where it is supposed to be and then replace it with a good one.

Subject: Confusion with file ATL71.dll

Gurus all.

On occasion when I right click on a file I get the following error message.

"Can not run Unicode version of ATL71.dll on Windows 95, Windows 98 or
Windows ME.

Please install ANSI version."

3 in the MS Windows One Care directory,

1 in Paint Shop Pro 9 directory and

1 in Windows\system32 directory.
