Misguided or otherwise I have always performed a defrag from the drive that
I booted from thinking that somehow if I did it from another drive it would
mess up the windows folder. This is total nonsense, right. I can defrag any
drive from any boot up drive regardless of what is on the drive that I want
to defrag and regardless from what drive I have booted from.
