UBCD is Linux & DOS based with excellent tools. While it is very good
it does NOT address NTFS partitions very well.
UBCD4Win is BartPE based but it is not complete just as mine is not
complete because of copyright issues.
One almost has to have a Windows based cd in order to scan for
viruses on NTFS partitions.
