Select "System Information" from Start > Programs > Accessories > System
Tools.

On the first screen it should be listed.

Mine says: AuthenticAMD AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4200+

I'd asume it will identify Intel CPU's too.
