to give an OS away? Or does it migrate with the box when you sell a PC on ?
If it was an OEM copy then technically I think it's suppose to go
with the box but if it's a retail copy then one could uninstall it
from the pc they're selling & install it elsewhere. There maybe some
exceptions but these licensing issues are really beyond the scope of
this list & better left to the experts.
