I don't know if you have anything similar but over here we had a reporter
that eat nothing but McDonalds for a month. He was sick and got kidney
and liver dieses and needed hospital treatment.
One of our Celebrity Chefs - a young guy with a couple of young kids - is
petitioning for school meals to be healthy????
He has persuaded one London Council (Greenwich) to change the schools
kitchens to use nothing but FRESH vegetables and Fresh meat and nothing
pre packaged or factory made.
In the first month the amount of referrals the Educational psychologist
had from schools had dropped from 380 to 2. The behaviour in the
Borough's school has become better, calmer and quieter. The learning
environment is far better and the children are 90% less disruptive
therefore learning actually takes place..............
Begs to think about................ Real FOOD!
