Try deleting all Temporary Internet Files.
(Tools, Internet Options, Delete button)

If you don't use any anti-spyware software and you surf the net, you should
really get something.  All of these are free.

I use Eudora, but did not think that was the problem.. Also have 
Norton all is up to date.
