http://www.silentrunners.org/ like I suggested ? You may also need a
good registry cleaner app but something launching this stuff.
As Kylde stated tho if you don't have much on this machine you may as
well do a Wipe & start over unless the restore CD puts Wincinema back
on your system. Then you'd be back where you started.
