Did implement:
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe c:\my_path\my_file.emf"
but this is what happens:
1) a windows opens with the title: "File Download - Security Warning",
2) the windows offers to "Open, Save, Cancel" and describes the graphic file,
3) on Open, the graphic file is opened in Paint Shop Pro,
4) on Save, nothing at all seems to happen.
