Correction Wayne both Outlook and Outlook Express can be configured
to read newsgroups and thus contain newsreaders whcih are built in.
They are e-mail/newsreader clients.
I wonder how many people have to tell you that you are in error Marc
before you believe them? </rhetorical> It's just a link in Outlook
that takes one to OE News. Based on your logic all the apps that have
links on the Start Menu are built into Xp & while many people believe
that Office XP comes with Windows XP that is NOT the case either.
Outlook is collaboration software for business while OE is primarily
for personal use. I understand MSFT is renaming OE in Vista & IMNSHO
they made a HUGE mistake changing the name of Microsoft Mail to
Outlook Express in the 1st place just as they did with Office &
Windows XP or everything that they named .NET but that does NOT make
Office XP the same as Windows XP nor are all .NET apps the same.
