NOTE: I have to first run the CMD command to get the command screen
to stick on all machines. Otherwise it just flashes on and then off
veryquickly.

Well, I enabled it when I set up the NETWORK, but that's the only place
I can find that would otherwise enable it.
Anyone know?
The LAPTOP seems to be the culprit.
