I had an experience with a French teacher in a high school French class I
took after living in Europe for 3 years. I had to constantly correct her
pronunciation which was not appreciated. Anyway, I met my wife in that class
so all turned out well. We will have been married 50 years next month.

My Latin teacher did the same thing to me because I fixed his calculator
when the shop he took it to said it wasn't fixable but the only thing
wrong with it was the battery connections to the main board. I had to
retake the tests in the principal's office while his secretary watched.
