Contacts instead of using folders ?
PL] unfortunately, my favourite way of adding addresses is to RightClick the
address in question and added to the contacts folder. The software does not
give me any kind of choice whatsoever. It launches outlook itself and
synchronises with the default contacts folder. Wayne's way seems to be the
least messy and remembering to switch profiles should not be such a big
deal. I will experiment and keep everyone posted.
Now to clean up the contacts on my phone and Outlook before a try any of
these methods. <sigh
