2. Correct
3. Open up Control Panel, Windows Firewall, hit Exceptions, hit Add
Program and select (or browse for itif not listed) UltraVNC Server
Dynamic DNS yes
LogMeIn is free as long as you don't need to transfer files or Print remotely
