The file MFC70.DLL is the Microsoft Foundation Class Library that contains all
the function calls for
Windows dialogs, menus, list boxes, scrollboxes and scrollbars etc. that create
the user interface elements
in windows. Its a holdover from MS C++ 7.0 or better known as MS Visual Studio
.Net 2003.
The file can be found in the C:\Windows\System32. Try uninstalling the program,
if the uninstaller has a repair option
try that also.

Picture It v7.0
I dont know if a MS update caused this problem, but ages ago when I last used
this program it was fine. Now I get the dialog box that says MFC70.DLL was not
found. How do I "find" it and if I reinstall the program from the disk
(included by Dell) will it mess up anything else?
Thanks, Karen
