More checks to do:
Task manager processes - CPU ?, Mem Usage, Mem Delta, PF Delta, Page Faults,
VM Size, I/O Read, I/O Other, ( I/O Write)

Got Symantec -  Is it set to do scan after liveupdate
Got Symantec -  Is it set to do normal check rather than Smartscan
Is Windows firewall active as well as other firewall/AV processes

Clean out the Internet temp (and check that it has cleaned out most of the
zero length files)
Check what's in the Temp directories
