Well, I don't know about some of the people you deal with, but some
of the ones I deal with...You have to split every last hair and hold
their hands while you do it, or they just won't get it. My mother,
for example, was trying to send a fax from her computer the other
day, and when I asked her where the phone line was plugged into her
computer, it just blew her away. It was like she even forgot what a
phone line was, all because it involved doing something with the
computer. Had she just been plugging a phone into the wall, she
would have never even asked a question. <LOL>
