It's been awhile but I would think you'd go under Control Panel/Mouse and
make the change you want to make there.

Ok, I give. Someone has set this PC I'm trying to clean up to have a double
click on the left button every time it is pushed. I see nowhere in the mouse
properties to change it. Its win98. How do I change it back to single click
on left button??
