Well... it doesn't matter which modem right now.. internet no workie
because there is "another name on the account"... we figure its an
unpaid account, based on the look the lady at the comcast office gave
her on Sat when she pulled up the address and asked when liz moved in.
(someone else told me comcast now requires you to use their program to
provision the line so she installed it. Comcast told her that as soon
as the name is removed from the account that they will provision it
for her.)
