Well, that worked -- It didn't even occur to me that that might work: I 
guess having the 'pin to start menu' on the context menu for most all of 
the shortcuts on my start menu kind of blinded me to that possibility.  I 
still don't know why some/most have the 'pin' menu entry and this one 
doesn't, but that's all moot now...  Thanks!!
