Of you who have Quicken working, What distro / version are you using.
I am using Mandrake 7.2 - 2.2.17 as Mandrake 8 and win4lin don't work here.
(Warning Mandrake 8 + Adaptec 2940UW + Win4Lin 3.03 = corupt partitions).
I have tried Winsock and VNet. My internet access is working fine, even used
the one step update to get the latest version. Browsing, FTP and pings work
fine. My internet connection is a NIC to a cable modem. I share the
connection with the other systems on my network through this system.
My machine is setup for dual boot and in windows every thing is fine (except
the connection sharing). I have win4lin set to access the windows partition
and have even tried installing Quicken and mirroring off the windows
partition. No good.
I have reinstalled Windows and Quicken several times thinking it was a bad
load, same results. (This system was running 2.2.14, Win4Lin 1.0 and quicken
fine until it was hacked, forcing an upgrade and ...................)
Any susguestions are appreciated.
