I for one have generally been pleased with the quality of Netraverse
support.  True that it's not available 24/7, but given the price of the
product, that would be an awful lot to ask for. Any lack of availability
is more than compensated for by the fact that the people answering
questions, unlike those at many help desks, are well-informed,
technically astute, and go that extra mile to be helpful.

Netraverse is sometimes slow in getting out updates, particularly for new
kernels (read 2.4.6 and 2.4.7).  But even there, they seem to be trying. 
Far better than those outfits that regard customers merely as teats to be
milked.
