Interesting :) Run a PC to run a Window on a Linux box to run a Windows
session (which then runs PC Anywhere to control another PC).

;-) I'm glad you see the humor in the setup. I certainly do too!!

Actually, I'm trying to move my home network to Linux only, but a big part
of my job includes being able to access my work PC from home as I manage an
engineering group overseas at a 12 hours time difference.

Eventually, I'll have nothing but a Linux box in the garage that runs
Win4Lin and all of my old PC apps for when I need them, plus Quicken that my
wife and I use.

As for PC Anywhere, that would eventually be run from my desktop Linux box
running either Win4Lin or Wine, but for now it's on the remote box as I only
wanted to change the configuration of one of these machines anyway. And if
none of that works, then I'll stick it on one of the other Windows boxes in
the house and use it when I need to.

Yes - A PC running NT executing Hummingbird to a Linux box running Win4Lin
running Windows 98 SE running PC Anywhere talking over a Windows VPN to
control another PC....the world does get convoluted sometimes.....

Thanks,
Mark
