Actually, you should only need to do an 'rpm -e Win4Lin', then 'rpm -ivh
/mnt/cdrom/Win4Lin/RPMS/i386/Win4Lin-1.0-1.rpm' as root, preferably from your
home directory.  You might want to back up your $HOME/.merge and $HOME/win
directories first, but you should be okay.  That should not cause you to need
to reinstall Windows at all.  Let us know if you have any trouble.

In all reality, however, your beta copy won't expire, so long as you register
on our website, and then follow the instructions to re-license your beta copy.
