Hello Gordon and all well you can create and edit iso files, mount them to
virtual drives, burn iso to physical CD/DVD media, etc etc. Give it a try;
there is only a file save limitation of no more than 300 MB otherwise it is
fully functional.

With the exception of PowerISO, what do people use for CD/DVD creating
these days under Windows? I gather that Nero and Roxio are no longer
