Okay, if my memory serves me correct there's an "Advanced Configuration"
button or "Manual Configuration" button somewhere in the "Add Account"
section, that's what you need to get to.

I'm glad we're talking about Outlook 2010 again, now perhaps I'm doing
something wrong but it would appear that Outlook cannot handle more than 1
eMail account at a time, if that's correct then it's a damn pain in the
behind.

I just tried setting up Outlook and what a carry on I'fe never seen before.
It spent ages trying to figure out my account details which, owing to the
fact that the server name is not under the same domain as the account, it
couldn't.  So, how do you manually interact with that software?
