We'll see. I've known about windows 8.1 since january of this year as a friend in the drc told me about it nbut I had to keep my mouth zipped. I'm still also using windows 7 and I'll be doing that until 2017 when ms stoops supporting it. by then hopefully MS will be a lot better windows wise. and so will my screen reading tool.
