Hi

I’ve actually done all this, but the Jaws key has not changed from its default
of “Insert” it would appear. Of course it is highly possible I overlooked
something or simply never saved the profile after making the change. I’m human
like everybody else around here, and I can make errors. :)

Thanks for the advice, it’s very much appreciated. I’m still a relative novice
regarding JAWS but I am working to rectify that situation as a matter of high
priority. Actually, I’m hoping to become JAWS Certified in the not too distant
as it would add to my employability.

Thanks again.

Kindest regards

As far as keyboard key allocation goes, go to settings & change the keyboard to
laptop mode. I don't understand why the default is Desktop , when clearly a
Laptop is what most of us use in the world these days.
As for your language, press ctrl+shift for a few seconds will toggle to your
other installed keyboards on the system. Jaws maybe just fine. Bootcamp
generally creates multiple profiles.
