Well, as of now, only Glide is correctly supported in Wine.
I have a preliminary OpenGL patch lying comatose for a long time in
one of my development tree and planned to revive it with X 4.0.... But
then I got the pthread problem :-/

As said before, getting OpenGL working in Wine is not too difficult,
the problem is getting Wine and the version of OpenGL in X 4.0 to get
to work together.

Ah ? I thought I heard somebody from 3DFx saying they will release a
glide library (maybe libglide3x only) working with the DRI.
