yes you are right (as nearly always :-).

Running several test, I found out that  Windows handles something that
is true for isspace() at the beginning of lpCommandLine as an empty
argument. Argh.
And the failing program had an isspace() char at the beginning of
lpCommandLine. So probably the programm expects its argument as
argv[1] and not as argv[0] as wine delivers.

I'll try to do a better patch tomorrow.
