Hey Uwe,
The patch i submitted to wine-patches last night does not require a
matching kernel patch. It does not implement the full functionality of
WaitCommEvent. Specifically, it supports EV_RXCHAR and EV_TXEMPTY
only. Hopefully the next step is to implement the kernel support...
i found designing the interfaces wineserver<->wine and
async obj<-->serial obj to be difficult, so any comments on the
interfaces (or the code) would be appreciated!
