Do you have an application that uses 16 bit commctrl? I have never seen one!
Perhaps I'm blind, but I have never even seen a header file for the 16 bit
commctrl.dll. Or are the 16 bit and 32 bit functions actually the same? In
this case it is obvious that no 16 bit header file exists.
If we can't find any app that uses 16 bit commctrl, we shouldn't implement
it.
