It does support Solaris 2.6 as long you don't link with libthread
or libpthread, which Wine currently doesn't.
If you do the machine crashes and reboots.
That said linking with thread or pthread doesn't work very good
even even with that bug. Read Ulrich's reply.

If we get Wine to work with thread or pthread perhaps. But not now.

It doesn't prevent Wine from working. Wine on Solaris work fine or
at least worked fine a some weeks ago. I haven't tested the current
version though.

Ulrich have notified Sun about the problem so it
is possible that they didn't bother fixing 2.6
for some reason.
