That's EXACTLY what I am saying. You can charge for a PHYSICAL COPY, or
for the service of making one, but may not license the code for money. The
next paragraph, which you conveniently omit, specifically says this:

>b) You must cause any work that you distribute or publish, that in whole or in part

>whole at no charge to all third parties under the terms of this License.
