They die when initializing, this is due the fact that
advapi32.GetProcessMemoryInfo is stub.
Using the native advapi doesn't help, dunno why.

To avoid David's problem with the serial port, just run it with wcmd.
(see bug #443)

Yup, that fixed it :-) Although I still have some crashes running various utils,
ls looks like it works...
