I've got some different issues.
first, GL/glxext.h (included from d3d8/device.c) doesn't exist on my machine
then, in d3d8/utils.c, GL_ALPHASCALE, GL_PRIMARY_COLOR, GL_CONSTANT, GL_PREVIOUS are not defined, causing some more errors
