Like several people here, I haven't been able to build from CVS for the
last few days.  It always complains in 'dlls/d3d8/d3dcore_gl.h'.  After
a little experimentation I found moving the #endif on line 354 to line
292 (just before all the typedefs) fixes the initial problem.  I haven't
looked at the code to see what it is trying to do.  I doubt this is a
real fix, but hopefully this will help someone else know how to fix it.
