Looks to me an ALSA version conflict. Which version of ALSA are you using? I believe Wine is compatible with either ALSA 0.5, 0.9 and 1.0.
I'm not sure Wine is still compatible with Alsa 0.9. I got compilation problems a few months back and the 'fix' was to upgrade to Alsa >= 1.0...
