Wine Conf 2004

Hi folks,

I've added a stub page for Wine Conf 2004:

It would be nice if somebody spends some time to
document what we did there before we completely
forget (similar to the other WineConf200[25] pages).

It is part of our history, and would be a pitty
to not capture it somewhere...
