A modest proposal

I noticed that for FC4 Red Hat is providing a copy of Wine in extras. 
This is something that THEY are producing and it is in a different form 
from the one put out by Wine HQ.  It appears to me that there is no 
reason for Wine HQ to duplicate their effort and suggest some sort of 
collaboration.  The version posted by RH seems to be later than what is 
posted by Wine HQ.  I think this should be investigated.
