Wasn't http://source.winehq.org/git/?p=wine.git;a=commit;h=d00fe021d3add8a207f8881ccc007454d02c3494 supposed to fix that? Looking at http://test.winehq.org/data/200601211000/ they don't appear to get built on Windows.
