Cool - in that case, our patch for iphlpapi should be considered dual
licensed under both the LGPL and MIT/X11 license.

In fact that's not true. I added the LGPL headers for inclusion into
WineHQ, but I said my patches were MIT/X11 (unless I say otherwise, which
I didn't say, but I suppose is implied):
