How do you set gdiplus as a keyword? I tried to add it to http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4812 but got the reply that gdiplus is not a known keyword. And it's not in the list you get when you click on the word "keyword". By the way, Fractal Mapper, http://appdb.winehq.org/appview.php?iVersionId=4540 is another example of a GDI+ program.
