At the moment trying to get wine to execute a win64 binary fails
if
nt->FileHeader.Machine != IMAGE_FILE_MACHINE_I386
This patch along with the last one which added WINE_IS_WIN64 allows
an attempt to be made to execute a WIN64 binary.
